This was a relatively complex project given that it entailed renovating a 40-year old property that had some issues that could only be identified once construction was underway. As noted above, I had confidence that Pharaoh Construction could provide a sound, professional, judgement of what was required and had the competence to deliver a quality, finished, product cost-effectively. The outcome has been exceptional.
