NATHAN TUCKER

Director

Having worked for dad nearly every school holiday,
building became second nature.

I began my professional career at Westpac Bank, but after a while I realised being
stuck inside all day wasn’t for me, so I left to work for Dad
(Jeff he is called onsite).

After 12 months, I decided I should start my building apprenticeship, which I completed  over the next 18 months.  Mum and Dad then decided to move to Australia to see if the grass was greener, and it was then that Pharaoh Construction was started.  After 12 months, Mum and Dad moved back.

Dad and I have been business partners ever since.

Jeff Tucker Pharaoh Construction

JEFF TUCKER

Director

After completing my Joinery Apprenticeship, I wanted to extend my career and became a builder.

A couple of years later (1980), I formed a company
(J&D Tucker Ltd).

We completed all kinds of projects including home renovations, school renovations, shop fit-outs, train fit-outs.

I then was offered a building position in Australia that was too good to refuse, managing
and building high end house’s.

After 12 months my wife and I decided we missed our family too much, so we returned to New Zealand and
joined Nathan at Pharaoh Construction Ltd.
